The Brian Battle Legacy
Discover the "WHY" behind our organization.

Brian Battle was more than a truck driver—he was a son, brother, father, mentor, and a man of faith who believed in growth, discipline, and second chances. He had a way of making people feel seen and supported, always leading with kindness, wisdom, and quiet strength that left a lasting impact.
After experiencing trouble in his youth, Brian was determined to not be a statistic, but a success story for his family and community.
From Trouble to Triumph
After earning his CDL, Brian worked for different trucking companies to gain experience and mentorship from seasoned drivers. He knew success wasn’t just about working hard—it was about learning, growing, and positioning yourself for better opportunities.
Later in his career, he took that knowledge and built something of his own, becoming the proud owner of Battle Cats Trucking.
Beyond his career, Brian was a natural mentor—always willing to share wisdom, uplift others, and lead by example. He lived by the values of discipline, faith, and perseverance, carrying them into every part of his life, from his work to his relationships with family and friends.
He believed in the power of fresh starts—not just in careers, but in life—and made it a priority to support those working toward growth, healing, and a better future.
The Legacy Continues
On August 22, 2024, Brian’s life was tragically cut short in a roadside incident. His passing is a heartbreaking reminder that more needs to be done to protect those who find themselves vulnerable on our roads—truck drivers, first responders, pedestrians, and stranded motorists.
Too many lives are lost due to preventable roadside accidents, and change is long overdue.
Through The Brian Battle Foundation, his legacy lives on. We are committed to:
✅ Providing CDL scholarships to help aspiring truck drivers build their future.
✅ Mentoring and uplifting individuals who need guidance and a second chance in life.
✅ Advocating for stronger roadside safety laws to protect truckers, law enforcement, and all who share the road.
Brian lived with purpose, and through this foundation, we are making sure his impact continues for generations to come. His story is not just one of loss—but one of action, strength, and lasting change.
